House Rules
Dear Guests!
Welcome to our guesthouse!
In order to make your stay pleasant, peaceful and undisturbed for everyone, please read our house rules carefully. By using the accommodation, you accept the following rules and commit to complying with them. Please use the house and its furnishings as if they were your own home – taking care of cleanliness, order and the condition of the equipment. Compliance with the house rules is mandatory for all guests. In the event of serious or repeated violations, the host has the right to request immediate departure.
Use of rooms and furnishings
Please use the furnishings as intended.
Equipment and textiles in the rooms – such as towels, blankets, bed linen, pillows or other items – are part of the guesthouse and may not be taken out of the house.
Upon departure, guests are obliged to cover the costs of any damage caused. Please report any malfunction or irregularity as soon as possible. Subsequent complaints cannot be accepted.
Equipment provided for guests
The following basic equipment is available for a comfortable stay:
- Toilet paper
- liquid soap
- dish soap
- sponge
- kitchen towel
- coffee maker
- hair dryer
- iron
- bed linen
- towels
- hand towel
Fire safety and smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the interior of the guesthouse, including all alternative tobacco products and e-cigarettes.
Smoking is only permitted in the courtyard, in the designated area.
Fires may only be lit in the designated fireplace, with appropriate care.
In case of fire: immediately begin extinguishing with the fire extinguisher, call 112, then notify the host.
The house is equipped with smoke detectors. In case of accident or emergency: 112.
Quiet and rest
In the interest of our guests and neighbours, please respect the quiet hours.
- Between 22:00 and 08:00 it is forbidden to make noise
- to play or listen to loud music
- or engage in any activity that may disturb others' rest
