When you submit a booking request through our website, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, preferred check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, and any special requests you include in the message field. We do not collect any other personal data automatically (our analytics tool does not use cookies or store personal identifiers).
How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your booking enquiry and to arrange your stay at Casa Korona. We do not use your data for marketing purposes, and we do not send unsolicited emails.
Who we share it with
Booking form submissions are sent directly to our own email inbox on our hosting provider's mail server. We do not use any third-party form service, and we do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties.
How long we keep it
We retain booking enquiry emails for as long as necessary to fulfil the booking or to resolve any follow-up questions. If your stay does not proceed, we delete correspondence within 12 months.
Analytics
Our website does not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools. Like any website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server access logs — such as IP addresses and pages requested — for security and to keep the service running.
